I have been wanting to get a digital scale like this one for the longest time. I mainly wanted it to weigh food because I never can tell how much an ounce is. I have had recipes that call for say a couple ounces of chicken or cheese and I always had to guess or use the non-digital scale that I do have which is so complicated to use.

This little scale is small but very easy to use and accurate which is the most important thing. The display lights up and the numbers are large which makes it easy to read.

Terry Treetop Finds New Friends eBook

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this short little eBook with my five year old son.  I think that this story is very well written and appropriate for little ones. It engages young minds with imagination and adventure.

This is the second book I've read in this particular series and I have to say I'm not disappointed. My child has a very short attention span so I really appreciate that fact that these stories are short but sweet.

I think that the story line of this book is very relatable to the everyday life of a child and therefore captivates the attention very well. My son was very entertained and sincerely interested in what Terry Treetop was doing and where he was going and what he was going to do next.  The illustrations in this book are wonderful. They are very vivid and colorful and follow along with the storyline very well and accurately.

I really enjoyed reading this with my son and the best part I think is that there is always a life lesson that my child can take from these stories. Bath Pillow by Simply Essentials

I have been wanting a good bath pillow for a while because I love taking a hot bubble bath with candles after a long day. I never have anything to really support my head when I lay back.

I was hoping that this bath pillow from Simply Essentials would be the one but I'm not too sure. It's made very well and the two suction cups on the back are very strong. However, they are so strong that when you move the pillow, they pop out and you have to constantly replace them.

The pillow is firm but has a good shape to it so it offers great support for the neck. However, this pillow does not work well on a tub that doesn't have a ledge on the back because you will not have anything to attach the pillow to. I had to attach mine to the side of the tub so the only way I could use it comfortable was to lay on my side. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to use this pillow properly.

I will say though that this pillow is nice. It seems very sturdy and well made. It's made of waterproof foam so it's very easy to clean. If you have the right tub, I believe that this would be a wonderful pillow to have.

If your like me and have super thick hair then you know how time consuming it can be to dry your hair after a bath or shower. It's such a chore for me I almost dread it every time. It takes my hair FOREVER to dry.

I've always been interested in hair towels like this Luxe Beauty Essentials Plush Microfiber hair towel but had never found one that would actually work for me.

Most I've used were too small and wouldn't even hold all of my hair. This one is much bigger. It measures 19x 39 inches which is pretty good sized. It does a good job of holding all my hair.

I really like how soft it is. It feels so nice. It not too thick but very absorbent. I bet I cut my drying time in half by wrapping my hair in this towel before drying. I also like using to dry my face as well because of how soft it is. It's so gentle on the skin. It's a great towel to have whether your using it for your hair or face.

I actually wish I had more of them so I'm always fully stocked and have one ready after each shower or bath. I highly recommend you try this towel out. I don't think you will be disappointed. It worked really well for me.

Finally a dish towel that I actually enjoy using! I have the worst luck with dish towels. I find one that I think is going to work great but falls short of what I expect.

 I wanted to give this product a try because I do have quiet a bit of cellulite on my thighs. This particular cellulite cream/gel is by BodyMerry. I have tried other product's by them and I was not disappointed.

What intrigued me the most about this product is the three ingredients in it: Caffeine, Retinol and Seaweed. These are ingredients that I know. I do not like using products that have ingredients in it that for one I can't pronounce and for two, I've never heard of.

It has caffeine and .4% retinol which  is the most effective formula for fighting cellulite and it contains 3 types of seaweed which gives it an antioxidant boost. The antioxidants is what helps with the firming and toning.

This cellulite cream/gel is natural and organic. That comforts me a lot! The only downside of this product that I have found is the smell. It doesn't have the most pleasant smell. It kind of like a menthol scent and if you bring it close to your face you will feel it burning your eyes. It goes on smooth and absorbs quickly with hardly any trace of the smell.

I haven't had as much success with this product as some have as far as getting rid of my cellulite but it does tighten and smooth the skin out. I think over a longer period of time this product could definitely do some good. I have a pretty bad case of cellulite so it's going to take me a bit longer to really start seeing results that I like.

I absolutely love these Ice Pop Molds by BeeSili. They are super cute and come in several vibrant colors which makes them appealing to children.

These molds are BPA free and made from non-toxic silicone. They are also durable and reusable. 

I really love how versatile these little things are. You can make ice pops with them or you can put little snacks inside of them. So far I've used them to store grapes for my son's lunch box. It works so well and my son thinks they are so fun! You can also use them to store nuts, seeds, dried fruit, granola, candy or popcorn. 

Another thing I used them for is to hold store bought popsicles. My son always makes a mess when he eats popsicles because he can't eat it fast enough before it starts to melt and drip all over the place.

Baltic Amber Teething Necklace by Good Karma Zone

My 6 month old has been teething for the last couple of months. He has been chewing on everything, drooling and whines a lot. Teething is not fun for the parent or child. I have tried everything from teething toys, teething oil, gum massage and teething tablets. Nothing has seemed to really help or calm him down.

I thought I had tried everything until I came across the baltic amber teething necklace. At first I was under the impression it was one of those necklaces that they wear and can be chewed on but once I received it, I was surprised. It was so small. It's an actual necklace that your baby wears around their neck. The baltic amber contains a high amount of succinic acid which is natural pain reliever, anti-inflammatory and central nervous system calmer.

I was a bit apprehensive at first. I would not recommend leaving the necklace on your child unless you are going to be right next to them at all times. Do not leave on at night when they are sleeping. I fear that this product could become a choking hazard if the child is left unattended. However, the necklace is knotted between every bead to prevent the loss of beads if it does happens to break. It is 13 inches long. It fits loosely around my child's neck, but it's tight enough to where it wont slip off. It's not long enough to where your child can put it in their mouth's while wearing it. 

So I gave this product a try. Although I did not get instant results after my child had worn in for a while, I noticed that he was a lot calmer and had a lot less drool. For the longest time I was having a hard time getting him to drink his bottles because he would just whine and squirm every time I put the bottle in his mouth. But since he has been wearing this necklace I haven't had a problem. He drinks his bottle every time with no trouble.

I honestly think that the necklace is working which is fantastic. He has been so calm. There was a period of time where I didn't put the necklace on him because I had misplaced it and I could tell. He started to whine a lot and I started having trouble feeding him but once I finally found it and he started wearing it again, he went back to his calm self. This tells me that the necklace does in fact work.

I recently got the opportunity to try this little product from Children 'n Us. It is a stroller organizer but it's not only limited for stroller use. You can put this organizer in your car, or adjust the straps and use it as a carry bag.

What I like most about this organizer is all the pockets. It has so many places to store things. There are three outside pockets and a zipper pocket on the inside. It also has two insulated bottle spots on the inside to keep your bottles and beverages warm or cold.

I was able to put plenty of diapers inside, as well as my wipe container, a bottle and my formula container. It can fit so much more than that though! 

With all the pockets, you can store your phone, money, keys, pacifiers, toys for baby and so much more. This organizer would be perfect to attach to my stroller when I take my son to the zoo for the first time. Most strollers don't have a lot of places to store things. Most of the time I have to carry my purse or put it in the basket underneath the stroller which can be a pain to have to dig out every time I need something. I'm really loving this crib mattress protector from Comfort Shield. If you have a baby then you must know how necessary a product like this really is. I have a 6 month old and there are nights when his diaper just cannot keep everything contained and it's just a huge mess.

As mother to two small children messes are inevitable and the last place you want these messes to happen is where you sleep. My mattress has seen better days! It's had food and drink spilled on it and it's been puked and peed on (not by me lol).

My son started sleeping in the bed with me at a very young age and when he went through the potty training stage he had his fair share of accidents. At that time I could have used this mattress protector badly!

This mattress protector from AmeriCare seems to be of good quality. I really like the fact that it's fitted. My mattress is a pillow top so I did have a bit of trouble trying to get it to fit properly. It was a bit loose in my opinion. However, it still serves it's purpose well.

There's no telling how many times I've woken up in the middle of night after my son has had an accident and had to sleep on a towel in order to not get wet. If I would have had a mattress protector like this one, I could have just wiped and cleaned it up, put a new sheet on and go back to bed comfortably.

This product cleans well, protects complete mattress from spills and soiling and bed bug and dust mite protection. It's also supposed to fit snugly on your mattresses but I had no luck. I think this product would work best with a regular mattress instead of a pillow top. 

I highly recommend this product to anyone who has small children or if you just want to keep your new mattress looking new.
