Barefaced Dead Sea Mud Mask Review

I was so excited to try this dead sea mud mask by #Barefaced. I love trying masks especially ones like this mud mask because you get that spa treatment feel in the comfort of your own home. This product is unique in that the mud was harvested directly from the bed of the dead sea. This mud is full of natural minerals, salts and nutrients which are so good for your skin.

This product claims to do the following:  

• Tone, tighten and improve skin texture
• Draw out unseen excess oils and impurities
• Exfoliate, unclog and purify pores. Help rid your skin of blackheads and imperfections
• Moisturize and maintain healthy collagen levels to help fight wrinkles
• Relieve skin conditions such as eczema, acne and psoriasis

So, the other night I decided to go a head and try this product for the first time. The first thing I noticed specifically about the product itself that it was very thick. I used my finger to kind of give it a good stir and mix to get everything blended that might have began to settle at the bottom. The other thing I noticed right away is the smell! O-M-G it was not pleasant! But then again it is mud after all. You can't really expect it to smell like roses.

I applied it to my face very generously and your supposed to leave it on for 15 minutes so I did that but it burned like crazy! I don't know if that is typical or not or if it was because I had just exfoliated my face with some salt but never the less, my face was on fire. I wanted to rinse in off during the first five minutes but I stuck it out. I figured the burning meant it was working.

When I finally rinsed it off, my face felt very tight and smooth and a bit blotchy in places. It didn't really have any lasting effect. However, it was the first time I used it so I'm not going to give up on it just yet. I will continue to use it, probably once a week so that my skin can really start to benefit from all the added minerals and nutrients. I can feel good knowing that.

Age Defense Eye Cream by BodyMerry

I have to say I really love this eye cream by #BodyMerry. This product helps reduce fine lines, puffiness, dark circles and crows feet! At first I was a bit apprehensive thinking that I wouldn't like it as much as others that I've tried but I was pleasantly surprised. However, I was a bit disappointed at the size of the product. I thought it would be bigger but then again you don't really need a lot of it to get the job done.

I really like the fact that it was a pump and not a dropper or jar. It makes it so much easier and it delivers just enough of the product without over doing it. It really doesn't take a lot to cover the eye area.

What I really liked most about this product was the smell. You would think it would have an off smell since it is an organic product but I was surprised! I usually don't like facial products that have a scent but this one was very pleasant. To me it smelled like a combination of star-burst and soda.

Aside from the smell, I really appreciated the fact that this product is made up of natural and organic ingredients such as ocean based Retinol and botanical Hyalurionic Acid which I LOVE! It also has added antioxidants, organic vitamin and minerals, pure plant oils and botanical actives like Aloe, Witch Hazel, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Vitamin C, Cucumber, Beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Tamanu Oil, Green Tea, Licorice, Eyebright, Avocado Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Rose Hip Oil, Lemon, Lemongrass, Vitamin B5, Lavender and Chamomile and that's not even all of it!

I recently got the opportunity to try this product for free from Tomoson in exchange for my review.

I was a little skeptical about this product at first because of the fact that it was a night cream. I worried that it might be very uncomfortable on my face at night and possibly clog my pores.

 

 I was pleasantly surprised because although it looks thick, it goes on very light.

It also has a very mild organic smell to it. It's not loaded with a bunch of fumes so you don't have to worry about it disrupting your sleep and chocking you to death.

The ingredients in this product such as shea butter, vitamin E, and sea kelp help to heal, moisturize and destroy free radicals. It also helps reduce signs of aging.

I really like this #ladeessa Anti-Aging serum that I got the opportunity to try recently. I'm always looking for a new product to try. I have become especially interested in anti-aging products. It's good to start early so that you can fight the effects of aging before they even happen. However, this product offers more than just anti-aging benefits.

This product contains 20% Vitamin C, Botanical Hyaluronic Acid, Organic Aloa + Jajoba oil. These ingredients not only offer anti-aging benefits but it also helps improve skin tone, firmness and elasticity. Hyaluronic Acid Serum by Foxbrim

I was able to test out another hyaluronic acid serum, this time by #Foxbrim.

I am really falling in love with hyaluronic acid serum. It is such an amazing thing! I have tried a few different brands of this serum and I have not been disappointed yet! 

This stuff is so great for your skin, especially if you have problems with dryness. I don't really know how it works but this serum really soaks down deep into your skin, leaving it soft and supple.

As I have said before, I was suffering from dry patches on my upper cheeks prior to using this product and now my skin is soft and moisturized. I really can't believe it!

What I really like most about this product is that for one it works, and for two it's gentle. You would think a product that works this good would feel like it's burning the skin off your face after you apply it but it really doesn't. It doesn't burn at all! I even apply over my eye lids and it doesn't burn my eyes one bit.

I can only say good things about this product because I have had such a great experience with it. My skin has never been this hydrated!

Adovia Exfoliating Facial Sea Salts

 I am so glad I got to try and review this product. I love anything that has to do with exfoliating because my skin needs it so bad!

I have used just regular table salt in the past to exfoliate my skin but this product is so much more! It is infused with dead sea minerals which are really good for your skin. It claims to leave your skin radiant, smooth and refreshed, and their not lying!!

The first thing I noticed about this product is that it came in a good sized container that was packed to the rim!! I couldn't believe it because I am so used to products being only half way filled so you end up not even getting your money's worth. This is 350 gram jar is a two month supply, but I honestly believe that it will last you longer. You really don't need a lot.

I also like the fact that the salt granules were very fine and not to course. This is a good thing because it is so gentle on your skin. It's tough enough to buff away all the dead skin cells and dirt but gentle enough to where it will not leave your skin red and irritated.

After using this product, my skin felt so smooth! It did not irritate my skin at all or burn my eyes. I actually put a dab of facial cleanser in my hand and sprinkled some of the salt granules on it and mixed the two. This helped the granules to actually stay on your skin instead of falling off into the sink.

I wanted to try this product to help reduce any fine lines I may have or start to get

I was super excited to try this product because for one I had never heard about hyaluronic acid until I saw this product available on Tomoson. I immediately looked it up and found out that it is actually a substance already found in the human body and people apply it to the skin to help heal burns and wounds and as a moisturizer. It is also known to combat wrinkles. #antiaging

I am always eager to try new skincare products so I couldn't wait to try this one. I was pleasantly surprised that the product had virtually no scent. I often find products that are so strong that they are very unpleasant and burn the eyes. However, this product was so gentle and it went on so nicely. When I applied it, my skin soaked it up so quickly. I was amazed at how fast it absorbed into my skin. It left my face feeling so soft and moisturized. I had previously had trouble with dry patches around my upper cheeks and now those are gone. My skin feels so supple!

I have used it after a day at the pool when my skin is so dry from the chlorine. It gives my skin that extra boost of moisture that it needs. 

I am so excited about this product! I needed a boost of moisture without the greasy yucky feel. This product is absolutely amazing. I really like the fact that it is a natural product and not a bunch of chemicals someone just put together.

I was really excited that this mirror came with the razor wall mount because I don't have a good place to put my razor. I have just been sticking it up on the top ledge of the shower which was worrying me because I felt that the water was not draining off of it properly and it would start to rust and dull.I now have the perfect spot for my razor and I don't have to worry about it rusting!

As you can see in the picture my husband placed the razor mount right underneath the mirror. He felt that it would help hold the mirror in place better. You don't have to put it there. You can place it to the side of the mirror if you wish.

Now to the most important part. Did the product work?? I have to say that for the first week, the product did just as it claims to do, however just a couple days ago while I was showering I noticed that it fogged up. I wiped the condensation off with my hand and then it was perfectly fine. I don't know if it was just a fluke or if I just had my shower extra steamy.

Even though this product may not have lived up to my highest expectations, I still feel as though this is an awesome product and is very useful especially for men like my husband who usually stand at the bathroom sink to shave. Now he can stand in a hot steamy shower and get a good shave without dropping his stubble all over my fresh clean sink.
