This product is made with natural and organic ingredients. It contains a combination of Organic Aloe, Sunflower Oil, Beeswax, Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Kokum Butter and Jojoba Oil for moisturizing. It also contains vitamin B5.
So when I first used it I had to do a double take to make sure I was using the right thing. I thought to myself "okay, did I just wash my face with a moisturizer?" because this product did not lather at all!
I didn't know how to feel about this at first because I'm so used to cleansers being sudsy so this was a whole new experience for me. Also when I rinsed it I felt as though it wouldn't come off. I felt like I had this thick layer of oil on my face.
This product does contain quiet a few oils so I can see why it would make my skin feel as it did. These oils are so good for your skin though and even though it wasn't sudsy I still felt like my skin was getting clean. The best part is the fact I didn't have to do any additional steps after such as applying a toner or moisturizer. The thick oily feel to my face didn't last but left my skin feeling so soft and supple.
My skin is combination so it does get oily from time to time especially in the hotter months. I see myself using this product mostly in the winter time when my skin gets very dry and flaky. Most cleansers I use leave my skin feeling tight and itchy and when you add that to the cold wind drying it out even further, that is not a good combination.
