I am so super happy that I got the opportunity to try out this digital instant read cooking thermometer by Chef Remi. It's the best cooking thermometer I've used yet!

It has an extensive temperature range with both Fahrenheit and Celsius reading options for your convenience; Range: -58°F to 572ºF (-50ºC to 300°C)

It also comes with a handy storage case!




I especially love that it has a super long probe on it. It makes it so much easier to test your food without getting too close which minimizes your chance of getting burned! I do that so many times ugh! Now not so much thanks to this awesome thermometer. It also has an easy to read LCD screen.

I'm also thankful for the storage case it comes with. Thermometers always make me nervous because they are sharp and I worry about them getting banged around and broke in my kitchen drawer. The case makes it easier to carry or travel with and safer to store.

I'm really excited that I can use it for making candy. I always figured I needed a special thermometer for that so I never got around to buying one. I can't wait to try this thermometer out for that!
