Konjac Sponge from WONDERPIEL™

Have I mentioned how much I love konjac sponges? Well, let me remind you. I LOVE konjac sponges!! They are magic to me. I know I have reviewed several different ones already but from a consumer stand point I think it's essential to have several different options to choose from.

There are some differences I've noticed. Some are larger or more firm while others are smaller and softer. There are also sponges for different skin types. For instance, this one is made with activated bamboo charcoal which in my opinion is good for those who have more oily/acne prone skin. It's also works well with normal and sensitive skin as well.

My skin is oily/acne prone and I have found that this particular type sponge helps control my breakouts and blackheads.




This particular sponge by WONDERPIEL™ was a bit on the firmer side. I actually prefer the softer ones to be honest but this was great sponge too. It was effective. It just didn't feel as good on my skin while using it like others I have tried. Everyone has their own unique preference.

It's amazing just how effective these sponges are. You wouldn't think they would be, but every one I've ever used has left my skin feeling so smooth and clean. You don't even have to use a cleanser if you don't want to. Sometimes I do sometimes I don't. I feel like this sponge does a great job at exfoliating my skin. I get rough patches around my nose, chin and forehead and after using this sponge my skin feels so soft and smooth.

It's a great tool for prepping your skin for serums and moisturizers too.
