I got to try out this finger pulse oximeter recently and I have to say I'm pretty pleased and impressed with it.

It's just like those that they use at the hospital or doctor's office. It's very quick, easy and comfortable to use.

If you want to keep track of your pulse rate or your blood oxygen saturation levels then this is the tool for you!

I really like that it came with it's own little case to put it in when traveling. It even comes with a strap that you can hook to it so that you can carry around your neck or wrist. 

After I had my second child I had to have nurses come to my house everyday because I had complications with my c-section and they would check my vitals. They used one of these pulse oximeters on me. If your in that line of work this would be great to have especially if you are the kind of nurse that makes house calls and travels a lot.
