Toners are great for the skin in that it helps lift excess dirt, cosmetics and oil left by even the best cleansers. It also helps tighten and clean the pores to prevent clogging and blackheads.This particular toner contains sea kelp bioferment which helps nourish, replenish and regenerate your skin. It is 100% natural and contains Neroli Oil Distillate, Witch Hazel Extract, and Rose Floral Water. It is made in an FDA approved facility and there is no GMO's or animal testing.
I was a bit skeptical about this product not because of it's effectiveness but the smell. The smell is a bit strong for me but after I applied it my face felt so good! There are just some aspects of things you deal with to reap the benefits. This is definitely one of those. I apply the toner using a cotton ball first thing in the morning after I wake up. It helps to lift all that oil and dirt I was sleeping on. You know it's working because you can see all the gunk it picked up on the cotton ball. You won't believe what's left on your face even after you wash it.
This toner comes in a 4.5 fluid oz bottle which is not a whole lot but it will still last you a good bit. You really don't need a lot, maybe just 3 or 4 drops on a cotton ball.
