It is a therapeutic grade, unfiltered and undiluted with no fillers, no alcohol or other additives. It is a great antiseptic and disinfectant. It can be used to freshen the air, for cleaning and removing gum or oil or grease spots.
I personally use it for cleaning purposes. Lemon is such a wonderful uplifting smell. It smells clean so I use it in my kitchen and my bathrooms.
What I did was fill a spray bottle half way full with vinegar and the rest with water and add about 10-20 drops of the lemon oil, depending on how big your spray bottle is, mine was 28 ounces.
I give the bottle a good shake before each use to help the oil be more evenly distributed. It makes everything smell and look so clean. I even add a couple drops in my dish washing wand to help improve my dish soap. I buy cheap dish soap so I feel like when I add the lemon oil it gives it a boost and helps my dishes be more sparkly. I've also added a couple drops to my dish washer right before a cycle to help freshen things up in there. Works great!
So many different ways to use lemon essential oil. I am so glad that I discovered them. Since they are all natural I feel that they are much more safer to use around the house. I have little ones so this makes me feel good.
