I really like this product because it's very gentle on the skin and has a light scent. My skin just soaks it right up. My husband uses it too because he has this dark patch of skin on his forehead. To really see true results you have to be consistent with this product and use it daily. It helps but it's not drastic results. I like using it because I feel like it helps even up my skin tone and gives me a more clear complexion.

Eye Cream by Poppy Austin

I recently added this eye cream to my skincare routine and I'm really glad I did. I never really payed that much attention to my eye area but after noticing some fine lines starting to develop I have been very adamant about concentrating on that area more. 

What I like about this eye cream is that it is made up of natural and organic ingredients such as organic Aloe, organic Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Rosehip Oil, Green Tea, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Tamanu Oil. 

I absolutely love using organic beauty products. I feel that they are more beneficial to the skin and a lot less harsh. 

This eye cream is very gentle and does not burn my eyes when I apply it. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and supple.

 

I notice quiet a difference when I use this eye cream regularly. My eyes look more rested and it really helps smooth out my fine lines making them less visible. 

The product does not have much of a smell which is a huge plus in my book. The less fragrance, the less irritating in my opinion. I have tried other products in the past that burned the heck out of my eyes. They would be left red and burning. I do not like that at all. That's why I love this one so much. It is so gentle! It comes in a 30 ml and 1 oz pump bottle which doesn't seem like a lot but I've been using it twice daily for about a month and I still have quiet a bit left.

When I first took this lantern out of the box, I was like there is no way this little lantern is going to be that bright but I was so wrong. I couldn't believe how bright it was. It hurt my eyes to look at it.

Premium Delicates Laundry Bags by InsideSmarts

Here are some great laundry bags by InsideSmarts. You get 2 medium (12" x 15") and 2 large bags (16" x 19") three of which are white for light garments and one black for your dark garments.

What I like about these is that I can keep my delicates safe and my socks all together. I like to use these for my bras because otherwise the straps would get tangled up in all the other clothes and that makes them wear out faster.

I also like using them for my socks to keep them all together so they won't get lost in all my other clothes.  


These bags are great quality and are really good size. They can hold a lot. I've never really used laundry bags before but I really like the concept of them especially for smaller items like socks and baby clothes. Those tend to get lost when I do laundry. 

I am pretty pleased with these laundry bags. They work just as they should. I haven't had any problems with them so far.

After a long tiring day I like to relax by taking a hot bath and it's always better when I can add something a little extra to my bath water like these bath salts by Adovia.

These bath salts have a higher concentration than Epsom salts and is fine grain so it dissolves very quickly. They also do not contain any additives, colors or scents. These salts are formulated with over 26 essential minerals the body needs for natural soothing and relaxation.

I love adding these salts to my bath. Not only is it relaxing I feel like it's good for my skin also. They really help sooth aches and pains as well as itchy skin. My husband has psoriasis on his legs so these salts are very comforting for him. I love it because it helps my skin feel soft.

Here is a product I got to try recently. It is Rosehip Oil by Majestic Pure. This is a very versatile oil. It has many uses and benefits.

This oil is rich in Vitamins, Antioxidants and Essential Fatty Acids and can be used on the face, skin and hair. It helps soften, hydrate and heal dry skin.

It is effective on stretch marks, acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, eczema, dermatitis & itchy scalp.

This is a great oil to have around. It can be used all over your body. I personally like to use it on my hair to give it a boost of shine. I also like to rub it into my cuticles and nails to keep them looking good and strong.




If you have skin problems especially dryness, this oil would be great for that. The oil itself is very light and does not leave your skin feeling greasy. It absorbs very quickly. The smell is a bit peculiar. To me it smelled like grease so it's really not the most pleasant of smells but once it's absorbed you can barely smell it.

I like to have oil like this in my arsenal of potions because I personally feel like natural products are the best for keeping you looking your best and to help maintain your youth. I will definitely be using this oil continuously because of it's benefits.

Seaweed (Kelp) Powder by La Lune Naturals + Giveaway

I got the opportunity to try out this Seaweed (Kelp) Powder by La Lune Naturals recently. I was very eager to try it for skincare purposes.

According to the company's website "seaweed contains fatty acids to combat skin irritation and inflammation; and may assist with skin ailments such as acne, psoriasis and eczema. Organic Seaweed Powder is a rich source of organic proteins, minerals and vitamins including vitamins B12 (not found in land plants), vitamin E, and other nutrients. When applied to the skin, Seaweed treatments act as a powerful detoxifier that draws out toxins and impurities while adding beneficial nutrients. It is said to have antioxidant properties that help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and it can be used to stimulate the body’s circulation which helps to minimize cellulite while infusing the skin with moisture for a healthy glowing skin."

As you can see, seaweed can be very beneficial to the skin which is why I wanted to try it out. I used a recipe I found on Pinterest to make a facial mask. I used 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of seaweed powder and 1/2 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel and mixed it all together to make a paste. The paste was a bit thick so I added just a little bit of water to make it into the consistency that I preferred.

I applied the paste in a thick layer all over my face. I actually put way too much on my face and it was very hard to wash off. I let it sit for about 10-15 as suggested and then washed it off. My face felt smooth and refreshed!

This is something that I would do maybe once a week for a glowing complexion.

The smell of the seaweed was a bit strong in my opinion. It smelled a bit fishy like a stagnant ocean pool. Other than that, I am happy with the results that I got while using this product.
